Correcting Poor Posture With Muscle Symmetry

Maintaining a poor posture can result in muscle imbalances of the upper body, specifically the shoulders and upper back. Developing a symmetrical physique doesn’t just hold aesthetic value, a symmetrical body is also less prone to injury. This transformation is phase one with my client.  By building a balanced frame to her physique she will be less likely to compensate for weaker muscles with the dominant muscles, further weakening, and potentially injuring, the under-developed muscles. 

Remember this , anything is possible regardless of your genetic predisposition but there are no shortcuts so commit to the process of building your body and enjoy your transformation.
