Question 1: What was your biggest fear before hiring me? What awesomeness happened instead?

Before contacting Melissa,  I felt like I had hit a plateau in my weight loss.  I was working out regularly and eating healthy meals for the most part, but I just wasn't getting the results I wanted. My biggest fear was thinking that I would never achieve the body I have been working towards for so long. I would constantly ask myself, What was I doing wrong?  What can I do differently?  I knew I had to make some changes in my diet and I also knew it wasn't going to be an easy process for me. I love to eat!  How was I going to do this?

After observing Melissa in the gym with her clients for years, I knew she was an excellent trainer. Melissa is very results driven and I liked that about her.  When I heard she was also a nutritional coach, it was an easy decision for me. I knew Melissa would be the person to put me on the right nutritional path and help me achieve my weight loss goals. Little did I know, she would exceed all my expectations.

Question 2: What, specifically, was your favourite part of working with me, and why?

Melissa was very meticulous in getting to know me and my weight loss challenges through a series of questions and in depth surveys in order to customize a nutritional plan that was specific to my needs, my lifestyle and the goals I wanted to achieve. 

I would often skip breakfast in the morning and not eat until I got to the office. By that time, I'd be starving, so I wouldn't always go for the healthiest breakfast. Melissa was great in incorporating a 'take on the go' breakfast into my meal plan, which I would prepare the night before. It was not only  healthy and delicious, but I never skipped a breakfast again! 

I will be the first to admit dieting is really tough.  I've tried many of them over the years, but what you get with Melissa are easy to prepare delicious meals packed with nutrients. The meals help in boosting your metabolism and help increase the fat loss process.  She also recommended nutritional supplements that worked very well with my training and nutritional program. Let me tell you, I love her for that!!  The supplements have helped me so much with muscle recovery, energy boost and endurance, which has allowed me to get the most out of my workouts.  After being on her program for 12 weeks I had lost a total of 14lbs.  I'm down 2 dress sizes and a couple of inches off my waist.

I have never felt better about myself and the way I look. Melissa has provided me some very valuable advice when it comes to fitness and nutrition.  I am forever grateful for that.

Question 3: If you were to recommend my coaching services to your best friend, what would you say?

Melissa is a coach who is genuinely passionate about nutrition and overall fitness and health. She not only provides easy to prepare delicious recipes customized to your specific needs, but you are also walking away with tips and tools that you can carry with you for the rest of your life.  Melissa cares about her clients.  She has changed my perspective on life, nutrition and fitness, and she can do the same for anyone who is willing to invest in themselves. You are worth it and investing in Melissa as a coach is worth it too! She goes above and beyond to help you succeed and reach your goals. She is truly inspiring. Hiring her was the best decision I ever made for myself.  You will not regret it.
